What do I need to do once I download the app?
The first thing to do is Configuration. Open the RADOFF app on your smart phone and follow the simple steps outlined to perform the operation successfully. Inside the packaging you will find a user manual to know every detail of the product.
Are our products certified and safe?
Our technology completely Made In Italy and all our products are CE certified.
The infrared Co2 sensor is high performance and measures carbon dioxide levels within the environments where you live or work with the highest accuracy.
The patented proprietary radon sensor is calibrated against reference instruments in accredited laboratories and is certified by ENEA.
Where should I place my device?
The device can only be used indoors and should be kept away from heat sources. It is preferable to place it on a flat, dry and clean surface such as a shelf or table. An area of the room where you spend most of your time such as the living room or bedroom is recommended. The product can detect environmental parameters in enclosed places up to about 70 square meters.
Can I move the device from one room to another?
Yes.
How long does it take to get the first measurement?
The dispositive will take the first measurement of environmental parameters within minutes of being turned on (radon is visible as early as 10 minutes after being turned on). After that it will perform constant, real-time monitoring that can be consulted via the dedicated app.
